What does it provide:

For a delay of less than 2h no scheduled refund.

For a delay even greater than 2 h but for weather conditions no refund due.

For a delay greater than 2h refund of food expenses and drinks purchased at the airport, up to a maximum of € 20 per person (documentable).

For a delay greater than 3h are planned:

Fixed shares of compensation for the discomfort, up to € 600, based on the distance refunded directly to the passenger. (Example: TRN-NAP € 250, TRN-NYC 600 €).
Refund of expenses incurred up to € 6500 (documentable). (Esmevio: new transfer, or new guided tour on the day of arrival)
