Day 1: Stura Valley of Demonte, Municipality of Valloriate
Arrival in Moiola (CN), welcome at the agricultural company, company visit and tasting - transfer and welcome at the 3-star Hotel in Valloriate 785 meters above sea level, followed by an aperitif and spa experience.

Day 2: Rafting and tasting
Breakfast at the hotel - rafting descent with a specialized guide - lunch (at the hotel) with a tasting menu based on local products.

Things to know

From mid-April to mid-July, with the Stura River experiencing its highest water flow, the rafting descent becomes more adrenaline-fueled. During the month of August, however, with a reduced water flow, the descent is suitable for everyone, including children.
