In the footsteps of the Romans, along an exciting nature trail, you will cross on foot and in the company of an expert guide, the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, from Bologna to Florence, walking among nature, mountains and uncontaminated areas where the silence of the places still today it is capable of surprising. It is defined as the "Italian Camino de Santiago" and is an ideal itinerary for those who love walking and spending their days outdoors in contact with the territory.
We start from the city of Bologna, the group's meeting place, and move for a week with daily stops in some places of great interest such as Monte Adone, from which you can see the Emilian part of the Via degli Dei, passing through the Madonna dei Fornelli and its sanctuary which tells an ancient story, and the Futa Pass up to the magnificent Vetta Le Croci, a delightful green location much loved by hikers. On the seventh day, after exciting days of walking, we arrive in the city of Florence where the journey ends.
Among breathtaking landscapes, naturalistic glimpses of greenery and stops in small mountain villages, there will be time for interesting historical and cultural visits among churches and ancient streets, and of course delicious breaks to enjoy lunch in company. Overnight stays in B&Bs and farmhouses along the route will allow you to savor the pleasure of simple things and live in harmony in contact with local realities, sharing cheerful and convivial moments with the group around a beautiful table.
