The day begins in the direction of Sestri Levante. In the heart of the Gulf of Tigullio, Sestri Levante is called the city of two seas, precisely because it overlooks two bays, on one side that of Silence and on the other that of Fables.

After an overview of the city and a short breakfast based on fugassa, we head to the Bisson winery for tasting. In the Cantina degli Abissi, in addition to a selection of white, red and passito wines including Bianchetta Genovese and Ciliegiolo, a tasting of Spumante degli Abissi will await you, preserved right under the sea, at a depth of 60 meters

Lunch in the cellar and in the afternoon visit the company and the vineyards.
