If you are passionate about wines and viticulture you will be fascinated by this experience that will take you to know all the secrets of the great Piedmontese wines through a path that will introduce you to the cellars of aristocratic families who have written the history of the great Langa viticulture. You will be guided through beautiful landscapes, overlooking the largest crus of Barolo and Barbaresco. You will be learned in professional tastings about the differences between the various wines, the territories of origin, and the secrets of winemaking and ageing.
Lunch will be in a farmhouse in a panoramic position where you can still taste the typical cuisine of the Langa winemakers combined with all the wines of the territory: the appetizers, the famous hand-made pasta (tajarin and plin), the meats braised in wine and dessert where the “round and gentle Langa” hazelnuts and chocolate are the protagonists.
