Your experience

It is at the market that everything begins. The vendors arrive early in the morning and place on their counters the goods and products that the earth has to offer at that time. There are those among the customers who have clear ideas and know what they want, others who let themselves be guided by inspiration, walking among the colors and scents of fruits and vegetables.

Selecting seasonal and quality products is the first step to make a unique and delicious dish. Our day will also begin here, choosing our ingredients from the stalls of Tuscan retailers.

We will then move to a farm, not far from the city, where you can observe and try to knead the handmade pasta, you will know the secrets of cooking meat, you will prepare bruschetta and tiramisu. There is a break for lunch, but of course it will be with the dishes you have prepared! A fun and useful experience to learn more about the realities and cuisine of this rich territory.
