Molise is a small but still authentic and intact land, made up of rural villages and millenary realities, where time seems to have stopped. A corner of Italy to be discovered
Molise is a small but still authentic and intact land, made up of rural villages and millenary realities, where time seems to have stopped. Our adventure starts in the Upper Valley Park of the Biferno river, where an 18th-century structure is built, completely made of stone, which has now been restored to its former glory. After visiting the facility, it's time to wear the apron for a Molise cooking class to learn and create those rural flavours that speak of tradition. After a lunch based on freshly prepared products, it's time to set out into the surrounding nature. In the park, it is, in fact, possible to visit an ancient mill and a disused hydroelectric power plant, to understand how important the strength of the Biferno was for this area.
